Looking for a keynote speaker, podcast guest, visiting minister or workshop facilitator?

Hi, I’m Devin (Rev Dev), a “Minister of Connection.”

I am passionate about helping others experience more connection to their Connected Self, Others, Spirituality, and All That Is. And I’d love to connect with you and your community.

Everything I do is woven with intention, passion, curiosity and connection. As a speaker, workshop facilitator, spiritual leader or podcast guest, I will partner with you to understand your needs and bring a relevant, interactive, and engaging presentation, workshop, service or episode that captivates and connects.

Topics & Themes I’m passionate about

Outlined below are a few of the themes and topics I am passionate about. I customize all engagements to meet your community’s experiences, curiosities and needs. So these can be combined, pulled apart, added to, or once we chat, I can custom design a topic and setup for you and your community.

How to Live Connected in an Age of Disconnection

  • Understanding why the world is falling apart and why so many are suffering

  • Shifting from a focus on independence, wealth and power to focusing on connection

  • Restoring the balance between the Ego Self & The Soul Self

  • Choosing connection over disconnection

Exploring the Four Levels of Connection

  • Connection to Self: re-orienting to being a Spiritual Being (Connected Self/Soul Self) rather than a Human Doing (Ego Self)

  • Spiritual Connection: re-orienting to being part of something larger than ourselves

  • Connection to the Land & All that Is: re-orienting to the interconnectedness of all things that we are one part of

  • Connection to Others: re-orienting to the truth that we are social beings that require community and connection, and allowing that to happen

Worthiness & Connection

  • How disconnection is driving the lack of worthiness in individuals

  • Agents and addictions of disconnection and how they repeat the cycles of disconnection

  • The difference between self-love and Self-love (“Big S” Self)

Living Authentically as your “Big S” Self

  • Developing a connection with your Connected Self / Soul Self

  • Developing intuition, trust and faith in the guidance your Connected Self has

  • Following a path, not a lan

  • Reconnecting with your Authentic Self - rediscovering what you value, love and who you are

  • The Difference between fitting in and belonging

A Shift from Religion to Spirituality

  • The difference between religion & spirituality

  • How losing religion has impacted us as individuals and as a collective

  • Interspirituality - all the religions are talking about the same thing in different languages

  • Interfaith - religious overlaps that allow us to feel more connected to people of different faiths

  • How spirituality is experienced rather than understood

  • How spiritual experiences can shape our own experience and understanding of spirituality

A Culture in Crisis

  • We are meant to live in community & connection - how it’s impacting us that we’re not

  • What is white culture and how has it impacted us

  • The gates of grief - how we are living with collective grief we don’t realize

Harnessing the Power of Transitions

  • Identifying transitions in life - the voluntary and the involuntary

  • How can we harness transitions to allow for transformation rather than blowing right through them

  • Allowing ourselves to slow down and be present with our experiences, the ups and the downs

  • Embracing intentionality, authenticity and connection on our paths forward

Running a Connected Business/Organization

  • Working The Connected Way - aligning your work with your Connected Self’s values, needs and desires

  • Leading The Connected Way - incorporating connection-oriented priorities, awareness and communication into your leadership

  • Creating a culture of connection - re-orienting your organization to connection-based values for your team members, the choices you make in business, and the impact you are having on the collective

Meet your Speaker

Hi, I’m Devin (Rev Dev), your “Minister of Connection.” I’m an Interspiritual/Interfaith Minister, a Ritualist, an Intuitive Life, Relationship & Business Coach, and a Transformative Mediator. I’m also a connector, a seeker, a nature lover, and a big hugger, amongst many other things.

I grew up an over-achieving, people-pleasing excellentist checking off the boxes, climbing the ladders and doing, doing, doing. Until I realized that all the box checking and ladder climbing and doing wasn’t making me happy. In fact, quite the opposite. I had a pretty big breakthrough (that looked a bit like a breakdown) and I finally surrendered control. In the process, I started following an aligned path (and not a plan), found spiritual connection, realized I was intuitive, and changed the way I lived. Since then, I’ve been on a path of listening to my next steps and they have all led to Connection.

  • “Devin has a real talent for creating and holding safe spaces for her clients so that they may honestly share. Devin knows how to partner with clients, and her thoughtful perspective and queries allow her clients to not just gain clarity in a session, but also continue the work after the session.

I highly recommend working with Devin.”

  • “Devin’s ability to connect ideas, ask direct and insightful questions to help me drop beneath the mind chatter was frankly startling. She has a brilliant mind that can synthesize all that she experiences with you and convey it with simplicity.

This has opened unforeseen doors for me and connected me with a part of myself that no other form of support ever has.”

  • “Working with Devin has impacted my life in ways that words cannot describe. Her approach is practical, inventive, efficient, and effective. She is a great listener as well as a great mirror. I feel like I am talking to someone who isn't going to just tell me what I want to hear. She has given me the tools I need to look at things for what they are and not what I make them up to be. Her deeply compassionate, but practical nature makes me feel safe and heard.

The biggest change I have experienced is that I have a bigger and better sense of myself and what is possible.”
